So here’s the scoop:
Dr. Elverne “AL” Tonn has always had a passion for Children Dentistry, starting in Dental School, with the America Society of Dentistry for Children Awards, presented at graduation at the University of Southern California. Soon after he returned to Southern California and spent two years at Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, working with children, teens, and persons with disabilities. Soon enough Dr. Tonn opened a private dental office, in Mountain View, in Silicon Valley, exclusively treating pediatric patients in the office and El Camino Hospital, under general anesthesia. He is also a Lodi native and is excited to continue his passion working with children!
My Hobbies Include:
Worldwide traveling, amateur archeology, anthropology, homeland security, and forensic sciences.
I Chose to Work With Children Because:
I like talking to them about Preventive Dentistry and their life plans. I was recognized for my ability to talk to children of all ages by receiving the Dental Student Graduate Award for Dentistry for children.
If I wasn’t a dentist, I’d probably be:
A fighter pilot, “Bush Pilot” or an astronaut.
