Meet Dr. Daniel Aclan! After growing up in the Bay area, Dr. Aclan moved to Southern California to earn his DMD at Western University of Health Sciences. During his dental education, he was honored to receive the East West Scholarship for Clinical Excellence. He played an active role as Special Olympics Coordinator, providing dental services to youth athletes. Dr. Aclan is involved with grassroots initiative in California Dental Association to increase access to care and advocate for lower health disparities among at-risk populations. We are so honored to have him on our team!
I became a dentist because: I became a dentist because I love serving the community by using oral health as a platform to connect with others on a deeper level.
I love my community because: I love my community because it’s beautiful to see a diverse community come together and help each other.
I chose to work with children because: I chose to work with children because I am a kid a heart, and to be able to earn a child’s trust and reverse any fear they have about visiting the dental office is a very rewarding feeling!
