So here’s the scoop:
Dr. Nidhi Taneja is a board certified pediatric dentist who graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her specialty training and Masters in Dental Sciences at the University of Connecticut. Following her graduation, she worked as a General Dentist in New Mexico. Her research interests are in dentistry for special needs children, behavior management and sedation dentistry for anxious children. She believes in making dental appointments fun and stress free for all her patients.
Dr. Taneja also takes keen interest in working with children with autism and other special needs patients. She has been awarded the Residents Recognition award from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is actively involved in organized dentistry and is currently a consultant on the AAPD Early Dentist Committee and the immediate past Chair of the Resident’s Committee.
