So here’s the inside scoop:
Dr. Stephanie Ting is a board-certified Harvard-trained orthodontist who hails from Southern California. A proud double Trojan, she graduated with her bachelor and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California. She explored her passion working with kids by tutoring low-income youth through the Asian American Tutorial Project and providing free dental work to underserved kids through USC Mobile Clinic. After graduating at the top of her dental school class, Dr. Ting moved cross-country for orthodontics residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. In addition to braving the infamous Boston winters, she also served as chief resident and was recognized for her work in the field of orthodontics. Dr. Ting won the Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Research Award, published a research article in The Angle Orthodontist journal, was selected as a finalist in the JCO Student of the Year Award and received honorable mention in the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics resident case display.
Nowadays, you can find Dr. Ting exploring San Francisco with her two year old corgi named Feeny and indulging in the diverse Bay Area food scene!

I became a dentist because: It was a unique blend of artistry and science, which were two of my fortes. But most of all, I love the relationships that I get to develop with patients and the community!
I chose to work with children because: their free-spiritedness, exuberant energy and positivity are infectious and completely elevates my day!
