How do I pay for multiple children?

Payments for multiple children will require comments in the additional notes section. Please specify which child you are paying and the amount to be applied.

Where can I find my chart number?

This is in the upper right corner of your statement. If you are not able to locate your statement, please call our office at 844-616-5437, or submit a request online at HTTP://www.kidscaredenetal.com/billing-inquiry.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and FSA payments

Is there a fee to use Online Payments?

No, there is no fee.

Do online payments go through immediately?

Payments might not appear online until the end of business day or after midnight of the current business day. A payment might not appear on your recent transaction list, but your balance shows the amount has been deducted from your available balance. Payments made on weekends or holidays will process on the next business day.

How can I confirm that a payment has been made?

After a payment is processed, you will be taken to a confirmation screen that will let you know if your payment was processed successfully. You should also receive an email confirmation with a receipt for your payment. If you are still uncertain that your payment was processed successfully, feel free to call our office to confirm your payment was received.

Can I make a partial payment?

Yes, simply type in the amount you wish to pay and your account balance will adjust accordingly

Can I pay more than the amount due?

If you have multiple children associated with your account, any overpayment will pay off the first child associated with your account. Any remaining amount will be split evenly between any other children. If you wish to make an overpayment on only one account, please specify that in the notes section.

How do I print a copy of my receipt?

You can print the confirmation screen or you can print the email confirmation you receive.
