Whether you’re new to Kids Care or already part of our dental family, every completed visit counts—including cleanings, checkups, treatment visits, orthodontic appointments, and oral surgery consultations.

Who can enter?
The giveaway is open to California residents. Children may participate through a parent or legal guardian.
Do I need to purchase anything to enter?
No purchase, payment, or treatment is necessary to enter or win. See the Official Rules below for details on how to enter via mail.
What appointments qualify?
Any completed appointment for new or existing patients between July 1–31, 2026 qualifies, including cleanings, checkups, treatment appointments, orthodontic appointments, and oral surgery consultations.
Each eligible person who completes a qualifying appointment will receive one entry into the giveaway. Families with multiple children who complete qualifying appointments may receive multiple entries, with a limit of one entry per eligible person during the promotion period.
When will winners be selected?
Winners will be randomly selected on or around Monday, August 10, 2026. One winner from each participating Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics office will receive a Nintendo Switch 2, and winners will be contacted using the information associated with their entry.
Note: We will never ask winners to pay a fee, provide credit card or sensitive information, or purchase anything to claim a prize. If you receive a suspicious message claiming you’ve won, please contact your local Kids Care Dental office directly.

One winner will be randomly selected from each Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics office to win a Nintendo Switch 2 (21 winners total). Individuals who complete an eligible appointment between July 1–31, 2026 will automatically receive an entry into the giveaway.

Sponsor
The Switch Into Summer Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics (“Sponsor”). Nintendo is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or associated with this Promotion.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or minors with a parent or legal guardian acting on their behalf. Employees of Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
If a selected winner is under the age of 18, the prize must be claimed by the parent or legal guardian associated with the patient’s account.
Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
Eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion upon completion of an eligible appointment at a participating Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics office during the Promotional Period.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of appointments completed. If multiple eligible family members complete appointments during the Promotional Period, each eligible family member may receive one (1) entry.
To enter without scheduling or completing an appointment, individuals may also enter by mail by submitting a note that includes their full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the participating Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics office they wish to visit.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Promotional Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 3, 2026 to be eligible.
No purchase, payment, or treatment is required to enter or win. Mail-in entries will receive the same odds of winning as appointment-based entries.
Prize
Each participating Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics location (21) will award one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console to one randomly selected winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: approximately $449.99 USD
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection
One winner from each participating Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics office will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries associated with that office during the Promotional Period.
The drawing will take place on or around Monday, August 10, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each participating office.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted on or around August 10, 2026 using the contact information associated with their entry.
Selected winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics will never ask winners to pay a fee, provide credit card or sensitive information, or purchase anything to claim a prize. If you receive a suspicious message claiming you’ve won, please contact your local Kids Care Dental office directly.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, and likeness for promotional purposes, including on Sponsor’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
